We are confident that you will love your item/s but if however for any reason you are not happy, then you can return items for a refund within 14 days from purchase.

Any items which are faulty within 14 days from purchase - you can also decide to exchange ( subject to availability).

I’ve seen a product in an image but cannot locate to buy on the site, please help.

Some products in photographs are either old LA LONDON stock that is either sold out or there is only one of them. Mostly, it is a new sample coming soon. So keep your eyes peeled and turn on notifications on our Instagram or sign up to the newsletter. We like to keep you interested and see which pieces take your fancy.
